Using Social Networking Sites

There has been an explosion in recent months of social networking sites allowing people to gather around their choice of work, hobby, profession, status or talent. These sites have a ready audience who are willing to listen to whatever you have to say, write or do. The exposure you receive on social networking sites is phenomenal.

I have begun joining numerous social networking sites to reach a larger audience with my message. I’ve created a profile on Squidoo and MySpace, for example, and then linked it to many other profiles providing a link back to my site.

MySpace is perhaps the best known social networking site that every social networking individual wants to be a part of, but Squidoo is also fast becoming popular for its extra functionality. You can add gloss and glamour to a niche home page and format the page in many ways to make it look more impressive; highlighting some areas with lenses and page building utilities as well.
